1994 integra ls stock
hp: 142 @ 6200RPM
tq: 127 @ 5200RPM

2001 firebird ls1 stock
hp: 305 @ 5200RPM
tq: 335 @ 4200RPM

1994 integra ls stock w/ CAI and exhaust (estimated)
hp: 143 @ 6200RPM
tq: 128 @ 5200RPM

the firebird’s reaching over twice as much horsepower as your integra is at the same RPM range and it’s achieving well over twice as much torque as your integra is 1000 RPM’s earlier.

So, you seriously think your car will stand a chance? Even with power/weight ratio the firebird weighs on average about 3,300lbs, so thats 3,000lbs/335tq that’s 100lbs of tq per 1000lbs of weight. your integra weighs on average about 2,500lbs. that’s 2,500lbs/127tq that’s barely even 80lbs of tq per 1000lbs of weight.

Don’t even bother with a v-tec head, the firebird already has you from idle-4k and v-tec doesn’t engage until the high rpm’s

hope that helps, you can deny it all you want but sad to say man the firebird’s just too much of a beast for your setup.

it depends if the firebird is the v6 or v8…if its a v6 then its a very close match…both only running in the low 16′s to the high 15′s for the 1/4 mile….if its a v8 then its a no brainer….
